What is the difference between traditional art and digital art? Traditional art is drawn and painted by hand on paper or board, so there is one physical original which can later be scanned and used online or printed again. Digital art is created on a tablet or computer, and you receive high‑resolution files to use on screen or to print.
What is the difference between a normal print and an archival (Giclée) print? A normal print is a simple reproduction on standard paper, good for everyday use. An archival or Giclée print is a fine‑art reproduction with professional inks on thick, museum‑grade paper, made to keep the colours beautiful for many years.
How does your creative process work? We first make a sketch to check pose, composition and physical features; this is the moment to ask for design changes. Then we show a simple colour preview to adjust the main colours, and after your approval we finish all the details in the final artwork. Changes that go beyond these steps or require starting over are treated as a new commission.
How can I place an order? You can order directly through our online shop on the website, using the product pages. For custom commissions you can also use VGen, which offers guarantees and a clear step‑by‑step process for artists and clients. If you prefer, you can simply contact us by email or WhatsApp, and we will be happy to help you choose the best option and guide you through the order.
How long does it take to receive my order? Prints, stickers and ready-made products ship within 3 days. Custom art and commissions take 3 to 20 days to design and produce. Add postal delivery time on top of that for physical goods. Need a custom order in less than 7 days? Contact us first, a rush fee applies.
